The Thermoplastic Polypropylene pipe is a thermoplastic with low density and ideally designed for conveying hazardous chemicals at high temperatures. Thermoplastic Polypropylene pipe has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and suitable for many industrial applications. The pipe is joined by socket fusion, butt fusion and electrofusion methods. The pipe is not UV protected and should be suitably protected when used outdoors. To protect the pipe if used outdoors it should be over wrapped with a layer of insulation, or coat with AGRU for protection. The thermoplastic pipe is non conductive therefore free from corrosion.
