At Flocon Valves Pipes & Fittings, we stand behind the quality of our industrial components and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, standard-specification products. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with protective caps intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our technical support team with your order number and specifications to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the valves or fittings in their original crates or boxes, ensuring heavy components are properly braced to prevent thread damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the RMA label clearly on the exterior of the package and ship the items to our central distribution facility using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the components for integrity; once approved, your refund or credit note will be processed within 5-7 business days.
